The World Health Organization (WHO) convenes 70 NGOs from 40 countries in Brussels, Belgium, at the First Global Meeting of NGOs Advocating for Road Safety and Road Victims to discuss how NGOs can advance the global road safety agenda. The meeting results in the Brussels Declaration.
