Queena Li is a Development and Partnerships Intern. She supports the Alliance’s fundraising strategy, partnerships, program development, and reporting activities.
Before joining the Alliance in November 2024, Queena was a Business Development and Communications Associate at MarketShare Associates, where she helped to secure funding for promoting economic development and environmental sustainability in the Global South. She also supported knowledge dissemination and resource development for MEDA’s INNOVATE initiative, where she worked with local civil society and the private sector to amplify knowledge on climate-resilient food systems.
Queena is currently a Master’s student in International Humanitarian Action at Uppsala University and the University of Warsaw. She is passionate about the intersections between road safety, sustainable mobility, and climate resilience.
Queena Li holds a MA in International Affairs from Carleton University’s Norman Paterson School of International Affairs, and a BA in Political Science and English Literature from the University of Waterloo.
Queena is based in Warsaw, Poland.
