The World Day of Remembrance is an official United Nations day, commemorated on the third Sunday of November each year to remember the millions of lives lost or hurt by traffic crashes. This year it will take place on Sunday 20 November 2016.
Are there memorials to road victims in your country? The World Day of Remembrance team is preparing a second Wall of Remembrance for WDR 2016. Please send photographs and details of your memorials, and photographs of crash victims who were not included on last year’s Wall of Remembrance, to the WDR Media Team at media@worlddayofremembrance.org;
