Global and Regional Meetings

Global Meeting

The Global Meeting of Nongovernmental Organizations Advocating for Road Safety and Road Victims (Global Meeting) is the primary NGO-led road safety and safe mobility gathering globally. It incorporates capacity building, inspiration, and networking opportunities. The Global Meeting is where we mobilize together as NGOs alongside the road safety community to trigger stronger action to reduce road deaths by 50% by 2030 and call for action to guarantee every person has the right to guaranteed safe, affordable, accessible, sustainable mobility.

The Alliance has held eight Global Meetings. Find out more about our Global Meetings HERE.

Regional Meeting

The Alliance organizes Regional Meetings across its Chpaters (Africa and Latin America) to strengthen collaboration, build capacity, and advance advocacy efforts tailored to regional road safety challenges. These meetings provide a platform for NGOs to share best practices, engage with policymakers, and address regional priorities. Through workshops, training, and action planning, the Regional Meetings equip NGOs with the tools and strategies needed to drive evidence-based change. By fostering partnerships and focusing on accountability, these meetings ensure that local road safety efforts align with global targets under the Decade of Action for Road Safety 2021–2030.
